1. Change Business Reporting keyword to “Web Services”
2. Change the Yellowfin user Authentication to “Yellowfin Authentication”
3. Delete all existing LDAP user profiles from Yellowfin.
4. Assign BI Reporting role to relevant user employee profiles. (can use batch update process instead)
Please Note:
a. The “Admin” BI Reporting role in the employee profile will only be available for selection if the currently logged in user has the [Administrator] ACL role.
b. When an employee profile is saved, his/her Yellowfin profile will only be updated if the Portal Group or the BI Reporting role has changed. (excluding batch updates)
c. When an employee profile is saved the system will only create a Yellowfin profile for this user if this user has got a BI Reporting role allocated. If a BI Reporting role has been removed then the Yellowfin profile will be deleted.

5. Assign Portal Group to relevant user employee profiles. (can use batch update process instead)
Please Note:
All the Portal Groups that are assigned to the employees will be created as Yellowfin Groups, and the user assigned to that group.
6. Assign the dashboards to the Yellowfin groups.

7. Enable the Business Reporting link in the Portal Group profile or add icon to the Home Page document.

Step 4 and 5 can either be done manually by editing and saving each employee record individually or by running a batch update process.
Batch Update process
1. Open the Personnel & Contacts application (emperson.nsf)
2. Choose “Create” from the Lotus Notes Title bar Menu

3. Select “Yellowfin batch Update Form”
4. Select the relevant update criteria and click on the “Run Update Now” button.

5. This will then run through all the employee records and create the Yellowfin profiles as necessary.
